Background Information:
The purpose of this item is for the City Council to discuss if there is an interest with possibly considering the renaming of El Camino Real Park to Kenneth M. Copeland Memorial Park. A decision to rename the park would be brought back at a future meeting if the Council directs Staff to do so. No vote will be taken or final decision made during this item .
