This item is to award a construction contract to Cedar Hills Construction, LLC for the Midway Street Utility Improvements Project in the amount of $1,398,490.00
The scope of work consists of installing new wastewater mains and replacing portions of existing deteriorated wastewater mains along Alto Street (From Viola St to Midway St.) Waco Street, Midway Street, a portion of Perkins Street. The project also replaces ageing water mains.
