Prior Council Action: The SMART Terminal Development Agreement was originally approved in 2019. Amendments to the Agreement were subsequently approved by City Council on January 17, 2023 (2023-20R) to add additional acreage which included land formerly subject to the Cotton Center MUD Development Agreement. At their April 18, 2023 meeting, Council voted to postpone the associated Zoning Change request ZC-23-01 until July 3.
