Background Information:
Following the construction completion of the Loop 82 Overpass the need for a controlled intersection at the Bobcat Stadium driveway intersection became apparent during football games. Based on a traffic study performed by HDR a signalized intersection is not yet warranted but during football games an alternative of installing a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) has been approved by TxDOT...
