Background Information:
On August 2, 2011 Council approved a 10-year agreement with CenturyTel of San Marcos (formerly, CenturyLink Sales Solutions, Inc.) for telecommunications services in the annual not to exceed amount of $125,000.
Staff wishes to extend the contract for a final one-year term through August 2022. A Request for Proposals will be issued in early 2022 with the intention of a new contract with a telecommunications provider.
