Consider approval of Resolution 2020-156R, awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Agreement for plumbing services to Premier Comfort Service Company, Inc, as the primary provider of plumbing services, and TCS Mechanical, LLC, as the secondary provider of plumbing services, to provide plumbing maintenance services on an as-needed basis for City facilities in the estimated annual amount of $200,000 and authorizing three additional one-year renewals for a total estimated contract price of $800,000; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the contract documents on behalf of the City; and declaring effective date.
