Consider approval of Resolution 2019-220R, approving an amendment to the contract originally entered into with Nupark, Inc. which is now PassPort Labs, Inc., through a cooperative purchasing agreement with Region 14 Education Service Center as lead agency for the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance to extend the contract for the provision of mobile license plate recognition software for a one-year period costing an amount not to exceed of $54,371.13 bringing the total contract amount to $273,508.63; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the amendment on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
