Background Information:
The City currently stores its spare and capital project transformers at its laydown yard behind the SMEU office on Hwy 123. These transformers are oil-filled and, in total, have a significant amount of fluid which are covered by Edwards Aquifer Authority Recharge Zone guidelines, the Texas Administrative Code, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and the code of Federal regulations.
