Consider approval of Resolution 2019-189R, ratifying a contract with the Lower Colorado River Authority ("LCRA") for trimming and removal of trees adjacent to various electric lines and facilities in the estimated amount of $465,544.80, as authorized under the terms of a previously approved Interlocal Agreement with LCRA for maintenance of electric facilities; ratifying the execution of the contract and authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any associated documents on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
