Background Information:
The Meadows Center is currently working on the next implementation phase of the Upper San Marcos River Watershed Protection Plan (WPP) (years 3-5), and they submitted their 319 proposal to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) July 25. Staff prepared a Letter of Support from Mayor Hughson to accompany the proposal, but we need to provide a supporting resolution as well.
