Background Information:
This Authorization for Change in Service (ACIS) is to add capacity to an existing on-call agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for wastewater review and analysis. This increase will be for preliminary engineering of two wastewater lift stations that are in need of rehabilitation. These lift stations, Care Inn and Hills of Hays, were approved in the City's CIP for FY 2019.
