Background Information:
This Authorization for Change in Service (ACIS) is to add capacity to an existing on-call agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for wastewater review and analysis. This increase will be for preliminary engineering of two wastewater lift stations that are in need of rehabilitation.
