Background Information:
In November 2017 a water main ruptured along Sessom Drive near the Salt Grass Restaurant causing significant damage to the road. The 70 year old water main broke immediately adjacent to the culvert under the road carrying the Sessom Creek which it passes through. An immediate repair could not be conducted without causing significant disruption to the culvert. This water main has broken several times prior to November 2017 and it was decided to commence a design to replace the water main between Ed JL Green and the University Drive inters...
