Background Information:
The Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) provides a summary of the projects and programs supported with CDBG funding during the 2017 program year that began October 1, 2017 and was completed September 30, 2018. This program year was the third year of the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
