Background Information:
This is a contract for testing, inspection, and minor repairs of approximately eight hundred and eleven (811) Current Transformer meters. The initial term of the contract is for two (2) years, with a one (1) year option to extend. The first year of this contract of the two-year term will be for an amount not to exceed $36,000.00, and the second year for an amount not to exceed $35,992.47.
