Background Information:
This project included constructing a new 12-inch waterline under the San Marcos River at Cheatham Street. Due to unforeseen ground conditions the contractor could not complete the bore. Construction was suspended after Memorial Day, to restart after Labor Day, while the bore alignment was redesigned.
