Background Information:
In early October 2017, the Finance Department's Purchasing Division was notified of the need for an emergency contract for a water main break at the San Marcos Regional Airport. That water main goes into one of the hangars and feeds its fire suppression system. The Community Services Department's Facilities Division secured two contractors to begin work immediately.
