Consider approval of Resolution 2018-05R, approving the award of a Construction Renovation Contract to the Fence Lady, Inc. for the Public Services Building (IFB 218-022) in the amount of $45,509.50 contingent upon the contractor's timely submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance with the City's construction contract documents for the project; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute all contract documents on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date.
