Background Information:
The site is located within the boundaries of the SMART Terminal (now Axis) Development Agreement which was approved in 2018 and amended in 2023 (Resolution 2023-20R). This development agreement contemplates annexation of the property and at this time the applicant is requesting annexation of a portion of a future roadway.
