B. To receive legal advice an offer of settlement from Walton Texas, LP relating to a request to be released from the City’s Sewer CCN and related Development Agreement and MUD Consent Agreement.
2. Section 551.072-Deliberation Regarding Real Property:
A. To deliberate regarding the possible purchase or lease of land for the development of affordable workforce housing.
