Background Information:
Rattler Ridge, LP, a Texas limited liability company ("Rattler Ridge") entered into a Regional Wastewater Services and Facilities Cost Sharing Agreement with the City on May 14, 2024. Within the Agreement, Article VII, "Miscellaneous", Section 5, "City Consent to Districts", calls for City consent to the annexation into this Municipal Utility District ("MUD") of adjacent properties within 60 days of the receipt of a petition, provided the petitioner meets the requirements of Section 54.016(a) of the Texas Water Code.
