Background Information:
The attached Local On-System Agreement (LOSA) between the City of San Marcos (COSM) and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) allows the COSM to construct drainage improvements within TxDOT right-of-way. Construction covered by this LOSA includes a concrete box culvert and detention pond outfall pipe across the southbound access road of IH-35 for the Briarwood and River Ridge Drainage project.
