Background Information:
This Amendment Number 1 to the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Hays County updates the agreement to remove the obligation for the County to construct the water line (at the cost of the City) from their project.
The original ILA was for the installation of 6,200 feet of 16" water main that is required by the Water Master plan and overlaps the Old Bastrop Highway (CR 266) Project limits. The agreement allowed for the City's waterline ins...
