Background Information:
Both the City Council and the community at large have expressed a strong desire to have additional grocery stores in San Marcos. City staff are preparing promotional materials to market directly to grocery retailers to expand into San Marcos. This resolution would be included within a package of promotional material to encourage the development of a new grocery store.
