Background Information:
The attached Professional Services Agreement for $147,009.10 with Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. will provide engineering design and bid phase services for the City of San Marcos related to the Rattler Road Waterline Extension project.
The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 2,500 LF of 12" waterline from Old Bastrop Road to a point along Rattler Road 1,000 feet west of Highway 123. This will complete a water main loop to provide a second feed to the Cottonwood Water Tank per the Water Master Plan. Currently, the tank is only served by one feed.
