Background Information:
The City’s unaudited financial activity through December 31, 2023 is summarized in the enclosed financial report. The report includes revenues and expenditures for the City’s major operating funds, including the General Fund, Hotel Tax Fund, Water and Wastewater Fund, Stormwater Management Fund, Electric Fund, Resource Recovery Fund and Airport Fund. Included in the report is year-to-date activity for the current and prior year.
