Background Information:
Representatives from the City's Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) have been in discussions with representatives from San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District (SMCISD) regarding facility usage. Both entities agree that it would be mutually beneficial to enter a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) allowing for both parties to work together to agree on waiving of certain facility rental fees throughout the year.
