Pursuant with Sec. 82.066, all regulatory signs where the authority to install is not specifically delegated to the traffic engineer, requires approval from City Council by ordinance.
Uhland Road is a two-way collector street characterized by mixed land-use (multi-family residential, single-family residential and business). Based on a speed study conducted during December 5th to 6th, 2022, the average eighty-fifth percentile speed on Uhland Road is 38.8 mph between Mill Street and IH 35 West Access Road.
