Background Information:
A 2% increase is recommended for Municipal Court Judge, Dalleri Landry, in recognition of performance above expectations.
Judge Landry did an exceptional job administering the Municipal Court through pandemic conditions, utilizing staff time wisely, using technology for court appearances, and serving the public with fairness and compassion. Her willingness to work with those who appear before her in court regarding ability to pay is much appreciated.
This increase should be effective May 1, 2022.
In addition, she should receive a monthly car allowance in FY23.
