Background Information:
The purpose of this project (222-210) is to address outstanding construction and maintenance needs in locations of the Police Department facility that were not included in the overall renovation contract and after asbestos was discovered in the building. This project scope consists of installing new flooring after asbestos flooring is removed, repairing and patching sheetrock and painting walls, replacing molding and damaged ceiling tiles, and repairing two public restrooms.
