Consider approval of Resolution 2022-133R, approving an agreement for the provision of services in connection with the proposed owner requested annexation in Case No. AN-22-14 of approximately 42.698 acres of land, located approximately 750 feet northwest of the Rattler Road and East McCarty Lane intersection; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; setting a date for a Public Hearing concerning the proposed annexation of said tract of land; and declaring an effective date.

The following is the proposed annexation schedule:
• July 5, 2022 (Today) - City Council Resolution
(Approval of Service Agreement and set a public hearing date)
• August 2, 2022 - City Council Ordinance 1st Reading (Public Hearing)
• August 16, 2022 - City Council Ordinance 2nd Reading
The applicant is requesting annexation and zoning Character District 5 (CD-5). The annexation will also include the adjacent E. McCarty Ln right-of-way.
