Background Information:
April 4, 2017, Tanger Outlets San Marcos and the City entered into agreement 217-370 whereby the City would contribute $150,000 toward Tanger Properties Limited Partnership advertising and promoting tourism program.
The $50,000 budget aligns with the approved FY22 Annual Budget adopted last year which is from Hotel/Motel taxes for this advertising activity.
