Background Information:
In 2017, the City of San Marcos entered into an interlocal agreement with the City of New Braunfels, City of Kyle, and Texas State University to meet the agencies' Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) state mandates, promote stormwater awareness and host an annual stormwater conference.
