Background Information:
Ordinance 2021-61, approved on August 3, 2021, called the election, and approved the ballot proposition and charter text amendment language. Ordinance 2021-75, approved on September 7, 2021, amended Ordinance. 2021-61 by adding polling locations.
The charter text amendments that were approved with Ordinance 2021-61, were not captured in Ord. 2021-75. The attached Ordinance creates a clean version, which amends Ord. 2021-61 and repeals and replaces Ord. 2021-75.
