Background Information:
Staff is seeking action from the Commission to approve the 2022 Meeting Date Calendar. Staff is proposing cancellation of one meeting in July, as this has been the practice of the Commission in the past. Staff is also proposing cancellation of November 22, 2022 and December 27, 2022 meeting dates due to Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. As a reference, San Marcos CISD and Texas State University Spring Break is March 14-18, 2022, so that is not a conflict with Planning and Zoning Commission dates. The following are proposed meeting dates that are provided on the attachment with the Application Deadlines and corresponding City Council Dates.
