Background Information:
Council first considered a resolution to approve the Interlocal Agreement with SMCISD for the provision of School Resource Officers on September 7, 2021. Council posed several questions to staff which are being answered in a memo. Council also requested a work session date to be able to further discussion the SRO program and this associated ILA. This work session is being scheduled to satisfy that request. The information copied below came from the original agenda item.
