Background Information:
Texas State University operates its own water system within its main campus and needs to paint and maintain the elevated storage tank that serves main campus. This interlocal agreement provides for a new connection from the City's water system to the TXSU water system to provide water for fire-fighting, if needed, while they operate with lower capacities in their system during this maintenance window.
