Background Information:
On April 15, 2021, the City received one (1) proposal in response to RFP 221-106 for Lease of Hangar at the San Marcos Regional Airport. City staff and Texas Aviation Partners, a contractor to the City of San Marcos for airport management, evaluated the proposal submitted and have elected to award a lease contract to Olive Aviation, located in Buda, Texas, in the annual amount of $14,400 revenue to the City. This equates to $3 per square foot which is commensurate with other box hangar leases.
