Background Information:
The Guadalupe Street Improvements projects was bid twice with resulting bids far exceeding the project budget. Engineering/CIP Department made the decision to break the project into 3 smaller projects. The Guadalupe Bike Lane Signals and the Guadalupe Sidewalk and Landscaping projects were re-bid and successfully awarded in January.
