Background Information:
City Council approved Ordinance 2020-08, following public hearing and second reading, annexing approximately 62.48 acres of land generally located at the intersection of Gregsons Bend and Commercial Loop in connection with the Sportsplex Project that the City has partnered with Pursuant Ventures to construct on the City's behalf.

Currently the only condition not met is the closing of the purchase of the property.
