Background Information:
City Council approved Ordinance 2020-09, following public hearing and second reading, zoning approximately 62.48 acres of land generally located at the intersection of Gregsons Bend and Commercial Loop in connection with the Sportsplex Project that the City has partnered with Pursuant Ventures to construct on the City's behalf.

Ordinance 2020-09 included an expiration date of April 2, 2021 if all conditions outlined within the Ordinance were not met.
