Background Information:
The City has submitted for reimbursement $2,671,995 from Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) for Police and Fire personnel expenditures incurred. The City Council had decided to utilize these reimbursed funds to provide COVID relief including additionally incurred pandemic expenditures, utility relief and various other COVID relief. In order to expend these funds the attached budget amendment ordinance is necessary.
