Background Information:
The City has over 800 contracts with approximately 300 of those including optional renewal terms. As is common, Staff has routinely requested Council approval of the contract and the renewal terms in order to maintain city services and city operations. The presentation will provide context of the numerous contracts in place and request Council direction regarding contract extensions.
