Background Information:
On February 2nd the City Council gave direction to staff to prepare an ordinance update to Chapter 86.003 regarding the approval process for out of City utility requests. This update will remove the City Manager approval for connections and require both connections and extensions for City water and/or wastewater service to be approved by the City Council.
