Background Information:

This property is located in a standalone structure located within The Plaza at San Marcos Outlets. The Plaza is an outdoor gathering area within the San Marcos Outlets Parking lot and includes two standalone structures, (that have been used for various walk-up food and drink sales establishments in the past) fixed seating, pergolas, pedestrian bridges, and open lawn seating areas. The proposed location for Tiny Cantina was most recently occupied by Twisted Cork Wine Bar.

The applicant is proposing to serve a variety of craft beers, wine, and wine-based margaritas and cocktails. As permitted by TABC, customers will be able to consume their beverages at the bar or anywhere within the San Marcos Outlets site. The applicant is not proposing any live music and entertainment facilities include two television sets and speakers used for ambient music. The proposed hours of operation are from 12 p.m.-10 p.m. every day of the week.
