Background Information:
When the Convention and Visitor Bureau transitioned into a City Department, the San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce continued to provide visitor and administrative services, the use of board and conference rooms, postage services, storage space and the use of the Chamber building during special events. The renewal includes additional office space for Main Street and Economic Development staff for a total of $28,760 per year. Rental rate of 1,658 SF at $20.82 SF/YR minus parking costs.
