Prior Council Action: June 18, 2019 the City Council approved on second reading Ordinance 2019-17 which updated the fee structure and approved amendments to Chapter 22 - Cemeteries which included dissolving the Perpetual Care Fund and related fees.

Background Information:
Following an internal evaluation of service delivery and process it was determined that San Marcos Cemetery related sales and operations should reside within the same department instead of split between the Finance Department and Parks and Recreation.
