Background Information:
This is a request for a voluntary annexation submitted by Ed Theriot, Doucet and Associates, Inc., on behalf of Jaime J. Russek Martinez, for approximately 31.59 +/- acres of land out of the Barnett O. Kane Survey, Abstract No. 281, Hays County, and being Lot 1, of the R & R Subdivision, Section 2, generally located in the 2400 Block of Hwy 123.
Water and wastewater service will be provided by the City of San Marcos. This site is not located in the San Marcos Wastewater CCN, however, the CCN boundary will be updated after annexation of the site. The developer will be responsible for extending water and wastewater facilities through the site. Bluebonnet Electric will provide electric service for this development. The City of San Marcos will provide Police, Fire, and EMS services to the site.
