Background Information:

This is a request for a voluntary annexation submitted by Alejandra Ruiz Esparza on behalf of Alvin Popham approximately 72.293 +/- acres of land out of the Joel Miner Survey, Abstract No. 321, Hays County, generally located at 2811 Harris Hill Road.

 

Water service will be provided by Maxwell Water and Wastewater service will be provided by the City of San Marcos. This site is not located in the San Marcos Wastewater CCN, however, the CCN boundary will be updated after annexation of the site. The developer will be responsible for extending water and wastewater facilities through the site. Pedernales Electric will provide electric service for this development.

 

The City of San Marcos will provide Police, Fire, and EMS services to the site.

Below is a proposed schedule for this annexation, which complies with the Texas Local Government Code requirements:
