Background Information:
This Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Hays County is for the adjustment of 6 wastewater manholes within the CR 225 (Lime Kiln Road) right-of-way and which must be adjusted due to conflicts with the proposed improvements. This agreement will allow the City's wastewater adjustments to be bid and constructed by Hays County.
Hays County is replacing 2 low water crossings along Lime Kiln Road just north of Post Road. Construction is expected to start by the end of this year and last approximately 1 year.
