Background Information:
In July 2006, Chapter 26 was re-written in its entirety. During the re-write, the requirement to NIMS as the city's system for managing large-scale events and incidents was not included. The NIMS clause in the ordinance is a grant funding requirement for both State and federal grants. This requirement is based on:
